Sun 7-9 pm BeatlesFlashback – A great Beatles tribute band that will start our
season off with a trip back in time when life was a little simpler. Can you still remember the lyrics? Many of their fans say, “They are just down

Mumbo Gumbo - A
great band out of Sacramento that can best be described as a spicy blend of
Gulf Coast with musical influences of: Zydeco,
Cajun, 2nd line, Tex-Mex, Boogie-Woogie and Latin/African…a true
festive sound. This eight-piece band tours Northern California and features
red-hot vocals, accordion, washboard, swamp guitar, boogie piano, a rock-solid
rhythm section, a powerful saxophone section, and occasional
fiddle/mandolin. In addition, a variety
of percussion instruments flavors their New Orleans salsa and drives Mumbo
Gumbo’s lively dance beats. You definitely
won’t sit this one out.
July 9 - Sun 7-9 pm Steel Breeze – Please welcome this long
established popular group that plays #1 hit songs from the 80’s, 90’s and into
the 21st century. They will
get you out of your seats to dance and sing. Having a good time is their number
July 16 - Sun 7-9 pm Thunder Cover – Returns from last summer and is one of the most
energetic and fun cover bands you will ever see. Be prepared for a high-energy show and a
unique set that features some of the biggest hits of all time. Everything from The Beatles to Foo
Fighters. From Michael Jackson to Maroon
5. From Tom Petty to Justin Timberlake. From The Eagles to Nirvana.
July 23 - Sun 7-9 pm Shark Sandwich - Leads you to sink your
teeth into great entertainment. This band spans eight decades of pop, jazz,
oldies, reggae, surf’n, classic rock and dance tunes. You’ve seen them before here
at Lake Almanor and, they are certainly worth an encore.
July 30 - Sun 7-9 pm Tom
Rigney & Flambeau – A fan
favorite requested by many of our more experienced Almanor concert goers. This Band returns year after year for very
good reasons…..which you will find out, if you have never heard them
before. Flambeau specializes in fiery
Cajun and Zydeco, two-steps, low-down blues, funky New Orleans grooves and
beautiful ballads and waltzes that will break your heart.
- Sat 7-9 pm Inspector
71 – They are Sacramento’s rock band that loves to dance and loves to see
the crowd dancing. Bring your dancing
shoes and be ready for a dose of high energy! Maybe consider moving your Sunday
tee time back to early afternoon.
- Sat 7-9 pm Chance
McKinney – A Country Music Television award winner that just happens to be
in the area and will be making a Saturday night stop at our beautiful Lake
Almanor for one special night. This
independent singer/songwriter won CMT’s Music City Madness and has been on tour
with Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan, Dierks Bentley, Lynyrd Skynyrd and many
more. Dust off those cowboy boots and
get ready for real country treat.
- Sat 7-9 pm VooDooDogz
– Have been playing blues in the Reno area.
They are a powerhouse quartet.
The band is made up of Don Carpenter on bass, Danny Mikeal on guitar,
Bene' Michael vocals and Dave Tuck drums.
They’re a band that likes to keep things moving and there’s almost no
banter between songs. Their sets are tight with lots of variety.
- Sat 7-9 pm Old
Spice – A local favorite out of Chico, CA with a following of fans that
can’t get enough of their music. They
play a mixture of Rock & Roll, Country and Blues. This will be their first
LACC performance and they are really looking forward to rocking the bandshell.
September 3 - Sun 7-9 pm Rockslide – Back
again to finish off the summer. This
talented high energy Classic Rock Band has brought our season to a close many
times before. From the Allman Brothers
to Joe Walsh, please welcome back Rockslide to the LACC bandshell.
All are welcome. No fee within HOA Membership – Donations appreciated.
Outside Entrance Gate: Clifford Drive. Fee
Come early and bring your dinner fixings. Picnic area is open. BBQ's are fired up.
Great Raffle Prizes at each of the 11 concerts. Be sure to buy your raffle tickets on concert
items along with program advertising and your donations are the only supporting
revenue of the annual Lake Almanor Summer Concert Series. No funds are drawn from the LACC General Fund to support the music program. Your
support has kept the music playing since the late 1970’s and in the Bandshell
